QWhat is Fit Transform?
Fit Transform is an AI-powered app that lets you visualize potential body transformations. Upload a photo and our advanced AI will generate realistic transformations showing how you might look with more muscle definition, a slimmer physique, or other changes.
QAre the transformations real?
No, the transformations are AI-generated visualizations for entertainment and motivation purposes only. They do not represent actual results from any fitness program. Real body changes require proper diet, exercise, and time.
QHow do credits work?
Credits are used to generate transformations. Each transformation costs 2 credits, and upscaling to high resolution costs 1 credit. Subscribers receive 25 credits weekly, and additional credit packs can be purchased.
QWhat subscription plans are available?
We offer two subscription plans: Weekly ($9.99/week) and Yearly ($49.99/year). Both plans include 25 weekly credits, access to all transformation features, and priority processing. The yearly plan offers significant savings.
QHow do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions on Android to manage or cancel your subscription.
QCan I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support to request a refund for your subscription or in-app purchase.
QAre my photos private?
Yes, your photos are private and secure. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Photos are only used to generate your transformations and are not shared with third parties. You can delete your photos and account data at any time.
QWhat photo formats are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best results, use clear, well-lit photos where your body is fully visible. The maximum file size is 10MB.
QWhy does my transformation look different than expected?
AI transformations work best with clear, front-facing photos with good lighting. Complex poses, busy backgrounds, or poor lighting may affect results. Try uploading a different photo for better results.
QCan I edit the transformation after it's generated?
Yes! After generating a transformation, you can use the edit feature to make adjustments. Type what you want to change (e.g., 'more muscle', 'slimmer waist') and the AI will modify the image accordingly.
QWhat is the upscale feature?
The 4x Upscale feature enhances your transformation to high resolution (4K quality), making it suitable for printing or sharing on social media with sharp details.
QDo unused credits roll over?
Yes, your credits accumulate as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, your credits remain but you cannot generate new transformations until you resubscribe.
QCan I use Fit Transform on multiple devices?
Yes! If you create an account (using email or Sign in with Apple/Google), you can access your account and transformation history on any device. Just sign in with the same account.
QIs there an age requirement?
Yes, you must be at least 13 years old to use Fit Transform. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
QHow do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Profile > Manage Account in the app, or by contacting us at support@fittransformapp.com. Account deletion will permanently remove all your data within 30 days.
