How does the AI transformation work?
Our AI analyzes your photo and generates a realistic visualization of potential body transformations. The results are for motivational purposes and represent possible outcomes with dedicated fitness efforts.
Are my photos stored securely?
Yes, all photos are encrypted and stored securely. You can delete your photos and account data at any time through the app settings.
How do credits work?
Each transformation requires credits. You receive free credits when you sign up, and you can purchase additional credits or subscribe for unlimited transformations.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. Please contact Apple Support or visit your purchase history in the App Store to request a refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Fit Transform. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Profile section in the app, tap on "Manage Account," and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
